Socio del Gruppo Italiano Attacchi, appassionata tra l'altro di arte e carrozze antiche, founder del Gruppo,giudice di tradizione per l'Association Internationale d' Attelage de Tradition (Aiat) e per la Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri(Fise).Scrive per la rivista dell'Associazione e per Cavallo 2000. Gestisce le visite culturali ai Musei di carrozze e si occupa della creazione e realizzazione di progetti sul tema.
Member of Gruppo Italiano Attacchi,passionate, among other things, about art and ancient carriages, founder of the Group, traditional judge for the Association Internationale du Attelage de Tradition (Aiat) and for the Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports (Fise). She writes for the Association magazine and for Horse 2000. She manages cultural visits to the Carriage Museums and deals with the creation and implementation of projects on the subject.

Restauratrici di beni culturali, formatesi presso l’Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro (IsCR), fondano il consorzio Recro impegnandosi nel recupero di superfici decorate di beni architettonici, manufatti lapidei, dipinti murali, su tela, su carta, su tavola ,stucchi, mosaici ecc. Recro annovera numerosi interventi sulle Carrozze della Presidenza della Repubblica, appartenute un tempo alla reale casa Savoia, che sono il vanto dell’artigianato d’eccellenza italiana.
Tra le varie carrozze restaurate la Polonese (Victoria) di Vittorio Emanuele II, la Berlina dorata, la Clarence della Regina Madre (Margerita di Savoia) e i calessi, come il Ghighem, la Governess Car, i Brake, lo Spider Phaeton e il Milord del Principe Ereditario (futuro Vittorio Emanuele III).

Cultural heritage restorers, trained at the Higher Institute for Conservation and Restoration (IsCR), founded the Recro consortium dealing on the recovery of decorated areas of architectural assets, stone artifacts, murals, paintings on canvas, on paper, on table, stucco, mosaics etc. Recro includes numerous interventions on the Carriages of the Presidency of the Republic, once belonging to the real House of Savoy, that are the pride of Italian craftsmanship.
Among the various carriages restored: the Polonese (Victoria) of Victor Emmanuel II, the Golden Berlina, the Clarence of the Queen Mother (Margerita of Savoy) and the chalks, such as the Ghighem, the Governess Car, the Brake, the Spider Phaeton and the Milord of the Crown Prince (future Victor Emmanuel III).

Fenix Carriages si è occupata di numerosi progetti di conservazione delle carrozze per musei e collezioni nel Regno Unito e negli Stati Uniti.
Tutte le carrozze sottoposte a restauro ricevono una valutazione approfondita prima di essere disassemblate. Usando i nostri abili artigiani e metodi tradizionali, ripristiniamo le carrozze allo stato originale.
Tutti i tipi di restauro e conservazione vengono eseguiti secondo i più alti standard, tra cui: ricostruzione, riparazione, riverniciatura, rifinitura.
Nelle officine Fenix si usano metodi tradizionali per modellare le ruote di legno. Si realizzano ruote all' inglese, tipo Warner e tipo artiglieria, con una scelta di cerchi in acciaio o copertoni, con gomma superiore piatta o rotonda.
Fenix Carriages has been involved in a number of carriage conservation projects for museums and collections throughout the UK and USA.
All carriages undergoing restoration receive a thorough assessment prior to being dis-assembled. Using our skilled craftsmen and traditional methods we then restore the carriages to their original condition.
All types of carriage restoration and conservation are undertaken to the highest standard including: rebuilding,repairing,repainting,retrimming.
In the Fenix workshops we use traditional methods to fashion our wooden wheels. We make English pattern, Warner, and Artillery type wheels, with a choice of steel rims or clincher, with flat or round top rubber.
All'età di 16 anni, Francisco iniziò i suoi studi come sellaio a Siviglia. Terminati gli studi, Francisco iniziò a lavorare con diversi artigiani della zona di Siviglia e del resto dell'Andalusia.
Allo stesso tempo, Francisco svolse studi in metallo e oreficeria.
La GuarnicionerÃa Dorantes iniziò a crescere a poco a poco e divenne un'azienda di famiglia grazie alla dedizione e alla perfezione nei lavori eseguiti, ottenendo infine il riconoscimento nel mondo della selleria e dell'attacco a livello nazionale e internazionale.
Nel corso degli anni i sellai Dorantes hanno effettuato restauri e creazioni originali delle migliori collezioni del paese. Nel 2005, la selleria Dorantes raggiunse uno dei suoi più grandi trionfi, realizzando opere per la famiglia reale spagnola.

At the age of 16, Francisco began his studies as a saddler in Seville. After completing his studies, Francisco began working with various craftsmen from the Seville area and the rest of Andalusia.
At the same time, Francisco conducted metal and goldsmith studies.
The GuarnicionerÃa Dorantes began to grow gradually and became a family business thanks to the dedication and perfection in the work carried out, finally obtaining recognition in the world of saddlery and towing, nationally and internationally.
Over the years the Dorantes sellers have carried out original restorations and creations of the best collections in the country. In 2005, the Dorantes saddlery reached one of its greatest triumphs, creating works for the Spanish royal family.
